Hydrogenation properties of new Mg-based alloys have been studied, High capacity for Mg88Mn4Ni8 alloy has been determined (5.4 wt.%). Phase diagram for the Mg-Ti-Ni system at 450 С was built, the existence of the phase relationships between Mg3TiNi2,TiNi and Ti2Ni compounds was shown. It was installed that mechanical alloying of Mg by Zr3NiO0.6 and Ti4Ni2O0.3 suboxides leads to the substantial enhancement of sorption-desorption kinetic and decrease of reaction temperature.
