OBJECTIVE: to adapt ultrasound methods of cycle-by-cycle analysis of pumping ability of ventriculus sinister (VS) for DCMP with different stage in blood circulation disturbances subject to age. RESULTS: the reduction of linear and volumetric parametrs of heart vessels and systolic and diastolic cardiofunctions have been revealed in middle age. That's age-related changes. The alterations of heart vessels geometry and functional data obtained of systole and diastole in DCMP have been close correlationed with blood output fraction to aorta. The greatest changes of heart vessels geometry and its maximal increment have been happend when blood output fraction reduced to 20 %. EFFICIENCY: refinement of diagnostics of heart diseases, minimization of complications for therapy and rehabilitation for cardiological patients.
