Gorky popup.description2 The purpose of research was to increase the efficiency of early diagnostics and treatment of volume formations of the salivary glands on the basis of estimations made in importance of diagnostics of the different complex combinations of uninvasion and invasion methods of research. 804 patients were examined with volume formation of SG in age from 7 to 82 years, including 395 (48,6%) women and 409 (42,4%) men. On the basis of retrospective analysis of clinical data and ULTRASONIC examinations the examined patients were up-diffused on 3 groups: 1st included 150 (18,65%) patients with the chronic inflammatory and dystrophic diseases of SG, 2nd included 457 (56,85%) patients with tumors, tumoures defeats and cysts of SG, 3rd are 197 (24,5%) patients with the lymphadenopathies of facial and neck areas of different genesis. It is rosined that the ULTRASONIC is the method of choice, and sometimes and unique sufficient for diagnostics of inflammatory diseases, tumors and tumors defeats of SG and lymphadenopathies of facial and neck areas. A differential-diagnostic algorithm is developed. The methods of surgical treatment are improved taking into account the individual anatomo-tophographic features of parotid-masticator area of person.
