The research goal is a developing of a neuronet model of a functional assymetry of a human brain during changong of it reactivity in norm and during the condition of severe craniocerebral trauma of a different localization and genesis. Research methods: clinical, neurological and functional methods of estimation of a state of central nervous system (topographic mapping, systemization method, classification and encoding of a human EEG, ultrasonic Dopplerographic analysis of extra and intracranial brain vessels, computer tomography, magnetic-resonance brain imaging, method of a neuronet modeling). Findings: improving of a treating quality of a severe craniocerebral injury and acute injury of a brain blood circulation, reduction of a patients letality and reducing of a terms of treating in patient with craniocerebral injury and cerebral stroke. Prediction of process of severe craniocerebral trauma and cerebral stroke with a method of a neuronet alalysis of EEG. Application: It's possible to use a taken findings in the departments of neurology, neurosurgery, anesthesiology,intensive care, diagnostic centers, polyclinics, chairs in a medical universities.
