The molecular-genetic method of determination of resistance to isoniazid, related to the mutation 315 codon of gene of katG is approved. Frequency of mutation of gene of katG is studied at isoniazid-resistance (87.0%). It is shown that the mutation of gene of katG is more frequent among Beijing family starins. The method of rifampicin-resistance detection by PCR is mastered on the presence of mutation in 516, 526 and 531 codon of rpoВ gene. Frequency of the these mutations in the gene of rpoВ was 45.1% in rifampicin-resistant cultures. From them 4.8% was the mutations of codon 516, 14.3% - codona 526, 80.9% - codon 531. It is shown that on frequency of mutations in the rpoВ gene influence history of antituberculosis treatment, and history of imprisonment.
