The result of lag in the questions of providing the quality system of medical care was worsening, both demographic indicators and indexes of health population in region. A budgetary deficit is not leading reason the folded crisis position in a health care. A crisis is carried by system character and affects all its elements: training of administrative personnel, system of before and after diploma education, treatment and diagnostic providing of medical technologies, social status of medical workers and employees of medical university and other making elements the system of health care in Ukraine. In these terms, introduction in practice of management the health care, tested by time, generally accepted in Europe, system requirements of international quality standards ISO 9001:2000 will allow to optimize the process reformation of industry.
