The received results and novelty: the complex of the general technical requirements in sphere of manufacture of alternative mixed liquid fuels is established, classification of kinds above-stated fuels is carried out, requirements to physical and chemical both operational characteristics and test methods are established; requirements to safety and environment preservation, marks and packing, rules of transportation, storage, utilization fuels, and also are established guarantee requirements. The nomenclature of an alternative component mixed fuel and raw materials for its manufacture is defined, including biological kinds of power raw materials, on codes of the goods of the Ukrainian classification of the goods of foreign trade activitiesand by codes of production of the State qualifier of production and services.
