The general representations and methods of definition of complex potentials of thermoviscoelasticity are received.The exact analytical decisions of viscoelastic and thermoviscoelas-tic problems for a plate with rigid elliptic or linear inclusion, and also with elastic circular inclusion are received using the method of numbers and method of Cauchy type integrals. Numerous viscoelastic and thermoviscoelastic problems for a plate with finite and infinite number of rigid inclusions, viscoelastic prob-lems for a plate with finitel and infinite number of elastic inclusions with various elastic characteristics are solved.
