The goal of the research – synthesis of optically transparent epoxy-siloxane composites via anhydride cur-ing using metal acetylacetonates and investigation of received materi-als’ thermal stability. Methods of research – DSC, gas-volumetric analysis, derivatography etc. Results – compatibility of components and synthesis procedure of epoxy-siloxane composites using anhydride curing in the presence of metal complexes were investigated. Optimal concentration of metal acetylacetonates providing maximal accelera-tors’ solubility at optical transparency and stability of the systems was determined.
