Object of the research: the patients with breast cancer. The purpose: to elaborate the methods of radionuclide "in vivo" and "in vitro" control for efficacy of the chemotherapeutic treatment in patients with the breast cancer and to study some mechanisms of the chemoresistance of the breast cancer. Methods of research: scintigraphy, mathematical, laboratory, statistical. The equipment: gamma-camera “E.CAM180”. The radionuclide indices of "in vivo" and "in vitro" control for the efficacy of the chemotherapeutic treatment were elaborated. Scope of application: nuclear medicine departments.
