Aim of work – to study efficiency of the modifying influencing of electromagnetic irradiation with increased component of the magnetic field on malignant tumours at complex therapy. Research methods – physical and chemical, laboratory, radiation diagnostics, statistical. Equipment: the personal computer; physical phantoms; apparatus of „Magniterm” (Radmir, Ukraine); thermometer mercury S195; scale bar metallic long 300 mm; cytofluorimeter of FACScan ("Bekton Dikinson", USA); thermograph (Institute of Physics of Semiconductors of V.E. Loshkarev , NAN , Ukraine). A construction is developed of applicator , the computer calculation of distributing for isolinesis conducted spatially the heterogeneous electromagnetic field for apparatus of „Magniterm”. It is conducted medical-physical analysis of characteristics for applicators by physical and physiology phantoms. It is shown that initial descriptions of the electromagnetic field after transformation in a phantom depended of their heterogeneity, concentration and distribution of ions, in a phantom. Results of study of influencing of DOXO on doxorubocin-resistant Guerin’s carcinoma testify to the increased on 79 % (p < 0,05), and cisplatin on cisplatin-resistant Lewis lung carcinoma to the increased on 38 % (p < 0,05) antitumor activity during used of high-frequency with more spatially heterogeneous electromagnetic irradiation. Medical technologies for complex treatment of cancer patients are developed with the use of apparatus „Magniterm”. The previous results of analysis of clinical supervisions testify that the use of chemotherapy and local inductothermy at treatment of patients with breast cancer to increase on 43,2 % of partial regression of primary tumour and on 28,2 % regression of metastatic lymph nodes and to decrease the side effects of treatment, by comparison to the group of patients after chemotherapy only. At treatment of patients with trophoblastic tumours with the low risk of development of resistant in 5 patients there was complete regression of tumour after conducting 4–7 blocks of chemotherapy, 5 blocks are conducted on the average. For patients with spreading melanoma of skin the fixed stabilizing of sizes of tumour for 2 patients (20,0 %), partial regression - for 2 patients (20,0 %) during 4 – 5 months. In 6 patients (60,0 %) after treatment were looked progression of disease. Three from the patients of group died through 6, 7 and 8 months from the beginning of treatment. An answers for the conducted chart of treatment was 40,0 %. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy and inductothermy of patients with soft tissues of limbs and trunk sarcoma there was stabilizing of sizes of tumour in 14 patients (53,8 %), partial regression, – in 8 patients (30,8 %). In 4 patients (15,4 %) on a background stabilizing of sizes of primary new formation found out metastases in regional lymph nodes and lungs.
