Methods of research and equipment - clinical, morphological, immunohistochemical, statistical; ultrasonic apparatus ATL HDI-5000, computer tomograph Somatom 4 Plus, magnitno-resonant tomograph Magnetom, angiograph“Televix ”, ?-therapeutic apparatus "Rokus". New methods in the complex therapy of bone tumours, soft tissue sarcomas and melanoblastoma, based on the analysis of efficiency existing schedules of treatment and studying of structurally-biological features of neoplasms (an expression of tumoral markers p53, Ki–67, Her2/neu) have been developed and introduced. Received short-term results of treatment are satisfactory . The developed methodics can be used in practical oncology and orthopedy for rising results of therapy (improvement of survival and life quality)of the patients with neoplasms of bone, soft tissue and skin.
