Bogomolets Medical University popup.description2 35 children took part in the research in age from 2 till 9 years,with a sharp respiratory virus infection with development of an obstructive syndrome. Children were on the treatment in clinic of faculty of pediatrics №2 NMU named A.A.Bogomolets. Also there were the pathients written out from clinic and were under out-patient supervision of the researcher. Parametrs of immune inspection of sick children compared to group of the control (healthy children). Efficiency of Flavozid was estimated relying on the clinical symptoms of desease (intoxication, lymphoadenopathia), the data of clinical analysis of blood (leucocytosis, lymphocytosis, monocytosis in the general analysis of blood), serologic researches (appointed Ig G, Ig M, HSV 1-2). After 1 month of the treatment all patients had decrease of the level of leucocytes (p<0,05), and also authentic increase of parameters cellular and humoral parts of immunity was observed. At the serologic research on HSV 1-2 infecthion the preparation promoted decreasein level Ig G, Ig M in blood. Flavozid was safe in treatment of a sharp respiratory virus infection.
