The topic fulfillment caused the widening of curriculum spectrum, i.e. the number of historical and theoretical courses (through the active incorporation of Polish theory) affiliated the comparative component. Professors of the Chair, aiming at closer incorporation of students into the said topic, also created the research seminar that functioned twice per month during 2005-2007, and once per week since 2008. The seminar is a long-standing project, aimed at further orientation of students in the frame of the topic. During the seminar existence its participants listened to nearly 200 reports; prof. M.Markowski (Poland), O.Haleta, I.Starovoyt form Lviv University were among the most remarkable ones. Prof. V.Aheyeva directs, and R.Semkiv maintains the coordination of the seminar work with the said research topic. As the introduction to the wider research area the work over the said topic is considered to be finished; the fulfillment gave the possibility to point more clear aims for further research.
