There were used karyotyping of differential staining chromosomes, morphological and histological methods. The normal karyotype in АА and MDS were found in 43,5% and 5,6% сases, respectively. The basic mechamism of gemone rearrangement were loso of genetic materials like monosomy and deletion. In АА were established more often the cases with mosaic karyotype.
