Urgency of research. At the present stage huge quantity of the countries of the world stay at a stage of construction of the national states besides in this or that state all time those or other processes connected with improvement of control systems are carried out, machinery of state, etc. As if to direct Ukraine, this young state stays in a condition of realization of political reform, all time relations between different branches of authority and political structures are transformed. In these conditions studying of historical experience of construction of the state both own country, and other states, is certainly useful. Research of features of construction of the state in historical, legal, political and cultural aspects will allow to determine the basic tendencies of the state construction in the world and in Ukraine in particular, to determine the general and distinctive features of a political life of a Ukranian language and other societies, to predict possible ways of development of the state processes to Ukraine. All this will allow to fill up materials of rates of disciplines which are taught by faculty, to prolong or finish some themes of scientific researches which are conducted by employees of faculty within the limits of candidate and theses for a doctor's degree. Object of research is: The basic state institutes, structures and establishments which play the important role in formation and functioning of the state; the processes occuring in the state during its formation and the further functioning; legal, political, ethic and cultural norms and the principles, functioning of the state organism being by a basis. Object of research are laws of processes of national construction of the state in historical, political, legal and cultural aspects. The primary coals of research: to research the basic structural elements of the state in conditions of national construction; to find out influence political, historical, legal and cultural factors on processes of construction of the state; to determine and research the basic stages of formation of the Ukrainian statehood; to determine features of national construction of the state of Ukraine at different stages of existence; to give the characteristic to possible features of the future state development of Ukraine. The scientific concept of the selected works: The basis for carrying out of research is set of various methods.
