Purpose: to investigate correlation between quantity and morphophunctional characteristics of oocytes in IVF sickles, and their level of fertilization in vitro. Methods: cytological, cytogenetical, statistic. The results of investigation of oocytes from four groups women with different levels of in vitro fertilization were established. It was shown that morphological and functional characteristics of oocytes were largely connected with level of their fertilization and pregnancy. In older group of women in comparison with younger group level of oocyte fertilization was for certain decreased, in the same time the level of embryos with low morphological estimation was for certain increased.
