The big size transpedicular screws and hooks not always allows their introduction in vertebral bodies at children of age group from 6 till 10 years. The unit of fixing of elements of a construction to core of the correction provides rigid fixing and interferes with free sliding along a core, and it in turn does not give an opportunity of the subsequent spinal growth after their installation. On mathematical model and by morphometric investigation, the new growing polysegmentary construction «МОСТ-2» was developed. Which allows to use it at children of the given age group, to keep spinal growthafter their installation, to perform polysegmental three-dementional correction of the deformity, to preserve physiological sagittal spinal contour, and also to provide the minimal loss of correction in the remote postoperative period.
