The big size transpedicular screws and hooks not always allows their introduction in vertebral bodies at children of age group from 6 till 10 years. On mathematical model and by morphometric investigation, the new polysegmentary construction «МОСТ-2» was developed, on the basis of transpedicular screws and hooks. Which allows to use it at children of the given age group, to keep spinal growth after their installation, to perform polysegmental three-dementional correction of the deformity, to preserve physiological sagittal spinal contour, and also to provide the minimal loss of correction intheremote postoperative period.
