The lightcurves and magnitudes of these asteroids have been obtained; the rotation periods for eight and BVRI-color indexes and compositional types for six of them have been determined. The parameters of three asteroid binary systems were determined, among which one binary system was discovered due to our observations and binary nature of two others was confirmed from our observations. The analysis of spectral dependence of comet polarization have been carried out. It was shown that a spectral gradient of polarization can be atypical for some comets both at the negative branch of polarization phase curve and at the positive one. Atypical gradient of polarization is observed in the processes of disintegration (C/1999 S4 (LINEAR)), partition (73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3) and explosion-like activity (17P/Holmes) of comet nuclei. The obtained results are of great interest from the point of view of both fundamental science and the asteroid-comet hazard problem. The lightcurves and parameters of polarization obtained in this Project are included to the international databases "Asteroid Photometric Catalogue" and "Planetary Data System".
