The research aim is the obtaining of the optical positions and proper motions of stars, of Solar System bodies and comets, determination of photometrical parameters, Earth rotation parameters and circumstances of the occultation and eclipses and statistical regularities of Galaxy. The analysis of modern star catalogues, position and photometrical observations of stars, Solar system bodies, comets, occultation and eclipses are the method of these investigations. During reporting period the following results were obtained: 1. A telescope AZT-7 was equipped by Canon 300D. During 2008 year the observations with the aim of the method preparation of observations by the package Maxim DL and estimations of resources of Canon 300D for astrometric observations were conducted. The comet С/2006 W3 Christensen was observed. The quality of images, penetration capability, and random error of the star positions were tested.The estimate of image quality is about 4.5". The penetration capability is up to 15m (in the B-band of USNO A2.0), but the fainter stars (up to 17m) can be detected on the images. With camera Canon 300D and telescope AZT-7 can be observed of precision positions of Solar system small bodies up to 14.5m-15m. An observability of stars occultation by Moon with Canon 300D by drift-scan method was studied. The method of such observations and their processing was developed. Trial observations were conducted. The light curve of periodic comet 17P/Holmes was constructed and examined. The photometrical parameters of this comet were obtained. An influence of solar activity on the outburst activity and secular brightness variations of this comet was found. 2. During 21 nights of reporting period 27 time differences UT0(X)-UTC were obtained. The RMS of these differences determined from group of time stars is 3.87 ms. The error of mean value of these differences during evening is about 2.5 ms. 3. The first version of catalogue of absolute proper motions of about 300 millions stars which cover all sky with exception of small area near Galactic equator is created, and its initial analysis is conducted. A database necessary for work catalogues is created. The results of these researches were partially published, partially prepared for publication and partially are analyzed. These results can be given for all interested organizations and professionals of astrometry, celestial mechanic and star astronomy in Ukraine and abroad. A forecast: probably improvement of link between Hipparcos and ISRF coordinate systems, the improvement of dynamical coordinate system from ground-based observations and creating catalogues.
