Object of the research is process of ТЕМ - wave impedance transformation in inhomoge-neous conical line and radiation of arbitrary transient electromagnetic waves by reflector antenna with feeder which has form as inhomogeneous conical line. Aim of the work is to develop an electrodynamics model of ТЕМ - wave impedance trans-formation in inhomogeneous conical line and radiation of arbitrary transient electromagnetic waves by reflector antenna with feeder which has form as inhomogeneous conical line. Aim of the study - is investigation of the process of ТЕМ - wave impedance transformation in inhomogeneous conical line and radiation of arbitrary transient electromagnetic waves by re-flector antenna with feeder which has form as inhomogeneous conical line. In the study the radiation problem of arbitrary impulse wave signal by reflector antenna with feeder which has form as inhomogeneous conical line is considered. The problem in two steps was solved. Atfirst the problem about determination of input and output impedance of antenna feeder for dominant ТЕМ - wave with help mode basis method in spherical coordinate system with explicit take into consideration of wave front sphericity in mode expansions of fields was solved. This modification of mode basis method to calculate transient electromagnetic fields in a conical transmission line in time domain specially was developed. In the general case, in the network of mentioned method the consideration of conical transmission line filled inhomogeneous magneto-dielectric is admitted. The radiation problem of transient electromagnetic wave by reflector an-tenna on the second step was considered. The radiated fields by reflected antenna as near-field region as far field region with help of the integral equation method in time domain are calculated. The used method of integral equation the case of absence of incident field is admitted. The nu-merical scheme solving of integral equation the initial-boundary condition which forms a feeder is excited.
