Development of formats of the database of complex operative monitoring of the marine environment and ecosystems state was carried out. It was shown, that format IBSS/MHI meets more demands, considering analysis of the existing international formats and can be used as a base for developing the data and metadata format of the databases of the Black Sea complex monitoring.
