Research method: method of scientific abstraction, analysis of the systems, comparative analysis, mathematical design, graphic method. A job performance is improvement of the theoretical and methodical approaches to economic mechanism of STP management forming due the cyclic dynamics of the fixed assets reproduction processes. Novelty of job performances: the scientifically-methodical approaches to mechanism of the government financing of the special purposed scientific and technical programs, and also directions of improvement of the system of depreciation in Ukraine are offered. Approach to prognostication of processes of the fixed assets renewal is offered. Recommendations are expounded to determination of the economically grounded term of service of technique.
