The system "external parameters of loading - internal structurally-kinetic changes" was built. With its help it is established the general for alloys of a different chemical compound factors generating the stable and effective physical processes which result after EHPT in positive changes of structure of cast metal on different scale levels - from atomic to macrolevel. The criterion of workability of liquid metal environment during EHPT is offered - a parity of volume density of energy which is entered into melt during processing with certain frequency, and density of internal energy. Values of criterion workability for aluminum alloys, steels and irons are revealed.
