It is proved that application of enterosgel in complex therapy of patients of GKI of different etiology allows to attain considerably more rapid decline of level of proinflammation cytokines in the whey of blood. Application of complex etiopatogenetical therapy with including of eferent methods of detoxication allows to reduce lethality at the heavy form of leptospirosis to 8,3%.
