Evolution of theoretical sights at the nature and role of economic institutes in development of the external both internal markets and their interaction is opened. It is drawn a conclusion on necessity to determine the internal and external markets in view of economic space of the country in unity with communications and the attitudes arising at interaction with market spaces of other countries, and the changes occuring under influence of globalization, fast distribution of information technologies, development of electronic trade, occurrence of the virtual enterprises and development of virtual sector, replacement of the naturally-material form of the goods with the virtual form of the intellectual goods. The substantiated conclusion that is the strongest монетизація correlates with dynamics of the interest rate under credits (which, in turn, is corresponding with dynamics of discount rate as the degree of its appeal to subjects of managing) is "a trigger hook" successful capital-creating activity of bank system.
