Research results: methodological fundamentals and principles for procedures of medium- and large-scale surveys and mapping have been developed. Content, tasks, methods and schemes of research procedures for detailed survey of morphology, genesis, age of the relief and determination of areal, linear and circular morphostructures have been substantiated. A new legend for the maps based on morphostructural and morphosculptural grounds has been worked out. Principal directions for practical application of morphostructure analysis while exploring some kinds of mineral deposits, resolving engineering-geological and geoecological tasks have been determined.
