Head Korzhynsky Jyri Stepanovych, Registration Date 12-01-2009 Organization Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University popup.description2 Using methods of clinical examination and evaluation of hematological and immunological indicators, 69 low-birth-weight children were examined to estimate the level of physical development, 1502 newborns were examined to study the dependence of development of an allergy from the feeding character, 300 newborns with various pathology were examined to study microbiocenosis of a digestive tract and 49 newborns with a respiratory pathology were examined to study microbiocenosis of respiratory ways. As discovered, nutrition type is one of the main factors that strongly influences newborn development, especially in the case of prematurity. The body mass was higher in premature infants fed with mothers milk than in those with artificial feeding. However adapted milk mixes nutrition provide much better physical development than use of cow milk or non-adapted milk mixes. It was established that children with high risk of allergy development fed with mother milk or hypoallergenic mixes show lower rate of atopy than those fed with common milk compounds. A comparative risk of food allergy realization for the first group decreases in 4.3 times In infants the microbiocenosis of digestive tract depends on health condition and fetal infection of newborn. Therefore, premature infants, irrespectively of presence or absence of neonatal pathology, suffer from defect of microbe structure of the digestive tract. Major factors which influence the development of the RSV-PATHOLOGY of respiratory ways are revealed. They are small birth weight of the child and the use of artificial pulmonary ventilation in early neonatal period. It was also established, that premature infants, in particular, with respiratory insufficiency and accompanying neonatal pathology are under higher risk of RSV-INFECTION of respiratory ways being developed. A treatment-and-prophylactic complex, which consists of medicamentous, and non?medicamentous actions was developed and introduced in practice. The basic preventive method is maintenance of the balanced and functional feeding of the newborn child. First of all it is mothers' orientation to prolonged valid breast feeding of the child and use of an atopy preventive technique for newborn children. The complex includes treatment-and-prophylactic correction of a microbic spectrum of a gastrointestinal tract of newborn children and differentiated use of probiotics in neonatal period depending on indicators of body weight of a child and an organism maturity. Also actions for increase of organisms responsiveness are held for the purpose of prevention and treatment of RSV-INFECTION. Introduction of the developed complex of rehabilitation actions allows to improve physical and psychological development of premature and low-birth-weight children, and its efficacy is confirmed by 25% reduction of disease frequency, 50% reduction of its multiplicity and 75% reduction of often?ill children number.
