Purpose of the work - modification of the production technology of the low-cement corundum concrete for the technical carbon production reactors. Methods of studies - chemical, petrographical analyses. Are executed laboratory- technological studies of the influence of the dispersive additives of Cаstament FS 60+ Cаstament VP 95L (in quantity 0,2% + 0,05%), Cаstament FS 10+Cаstament FW 10 (in a quantity of 0,05 0,5%), Dolapix FF1 (in a quantity of 0,05 0,5%) on the dilution of the suspension from finely ground component of the low-cement corundum concrete mixture of brands СКБГ-1, СКБГХ-1, СКБГ-2, СКБГХ-2, and also on the spreadability with the vibration of the latter. Is established the optimum dispersive additive from the mixture of the different brands of Cаstament, introduction of which into finely ground component of the low-cement corundum concrete mixture of all brands ensures the liquescenceof this suspension in ~ 2,40-2,85 times large in comparison with the suspension of this composition without the additive. As a result executed studies of an optimum dispersive additive influence on the spreadability with the vibration of the low-cement concrete mixture of the brands enumerated above is established the optimum moisture of masses, which constitutes 4,5%. It is shown that the introduction of optimum additive to the low-cement corundum concrete mass of all brands renders the maximum diluting effect. An influence of the optimum dispersive additive on the general properties of unfired and fired at a temperature of the service (1400, 1580, 1750 С) of the samples of low-cement corundum concrete of brands СКБГ-1, СКБГХ-1, СКБГ-2, СКБГХ-2 is studied. It is shown that the introduction of optimum additive to the composition of low-cement concrete of all brands ensures the formation of the dense and durable structure of samples. The latter are characterized by the high indices of properties, which do notbe inferior to the analogous characteristics of the samples of base composition, the containing additive dispersive alumina ADS-1 and ADW-1. As a result of carried out investigations is extended raw-material base for the production of low-cement corundum concrete of the enumerated brands. In OJSC"URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" by ТИ 24-ИО-96-2003 with chg. №1 a trial lots of the corundum concrete mixture of brands СКБГ , СКБГХ-1 , СКБГХ-2 , and also of finely ground component of the concrete mixture of brand СКБГ were produced The prepared production is characterized by the high indices of properties, which correspond to requirements ТУ У 26.2-00190503-278:2005 with chg. №1, and in the indicated quantity is set to users for the internal and outside market for the lining of the technical carbon production reactors. The study should be continued in the direction of the manufacture technology mastering of the low-cement corundum concrete which content dispersive additives of Cаstament and realizing industrialtest in service.
