Purpose of the work - the manufacture technology improving of products from fused stabilized ZrO2 and fused monoclinic ZrO2. Methods of studies - chemical method, petrografic method, X-ray method. The researches of plasticize agents (LST, Melpers 3400, Optapix РAF 35, Cаstament FS 60, Cаstament VP 95L, Cаstament FS 60 + Cаstament VP 95L) influence on general properties of anfiried and firied at 17500С samples from fused ZrO2 stabilized by ~ 10 % of Y2O3 made by semi-dry pressing method were carried out. Establised an optimum addition Cаstament FS 60 which introduction supplies forming samples dence and strong structure, which level of cold crushing strength is higher in ~1,3 times then properties level of base composition samples with LST addition. As a result of carried out research the raw matherial base for refractory products from Y2O3-stabilized ZrО2 production has been expanded. An influence of additives HSL, triethanolamine, Melpers 3400, Cаstament FS 10, Cаstament FW 10 and Cаstament VP-95 L on diluting of aqueous suspension from fine fused MgО-stabilized ZrО2 and on flowability under vibration of grain mass from fused MgО-stabilized ZrО2 was carried out. Established that most effective are additives Cаstament VP-95 L and additives mixture of Cаstament FS 10 and Cаstament FW 10 in optimum ratio. An addition of these additives provide the suspension dilution in ~2 times higher in comparison with suspension without additives. As aresult of carried out researches of optimum plasticize additives influence on flowability under vibration of grain mass from fused MgО-stabilized ZrО2 established that addition of Cаstament VP-95 L and mixture of Cаstament FS 10 and Cаstament FW 10 in optimum ratio leads to intensify flowability of grain mass providing decriasing its moisture to 4,2-4,5 %. As a result of researches carried out earlier during these researches ТУ У 26.2-00190503-319-2008 which regulates all properties indices of vibrocast crucibles from CaO-stabilized ZrО2 for induction platinum melting, were developed and approved. An influence of zircon addition made by different producers (SAR, Nederland) which is component of complex addition with optimum composition, established grounding on earlier carried out researches, on general samples properties from monoclinic ZrО2. Shown that introduction of zircon concentrate made by "Foskor zirconia" (SAR) into complex addition composition provide high level of product properties from monoclinic ZrО2, which are not yield to the same properties level of base composition samples. As a result of carried out researches the raw material base for products production from monoclinic ZrО2 has been expanded. In OJSC "URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" trial lots of next products were produced: products ЦИС-1Т (according to ТИ 24-ИО-95-2003 with changes No 1 and 2) and products ЦИС-2 as a sectors of 2 positions, slabs of 2 positions, sectors of 4 positions and discs of 1 positionwith castle-kind connection, covers of 7 positions, cylinders of 6 positions, crucibles of 3 positions which are characterized by high level of properties indices and conform to the customers demands and ТУ У 26.2-00190503-279:2005 with change No1; vibrocast crucibles (according to ТИ 24-ИО-113-2004) from stabilized ZrО2 which by the level of properties conform to "ТУ У 26.2-00190503-319-2008" demands; products ЦЦГ and ЦП (according to ТИ 24-ИО-158-2008 and ТИ 24-ИО-127-2004) as a sector and slabs from fused monoclinic and CaO-stabilized ZrО2 which by the level of properties conform to ТУ У 26.2-00190503-285:2006 demands. These refractory products were delivered to customers on inside and outside market (export to Poland, Russian Federation, Belarus Republic). The study should be continued in the direction of next perfection of the manufacture technology of refractory products from fused stabilized zirconia and fused monoclinic zirconia, and mastering of improved technologies and the market expansion.
