The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of low cement concrete mixes. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physico-mechanical and thermo-mechanical ones. The researches of CaO - MgO - FeO - Fe2O3 - Al2O3 - SiO2 system have been carried out. The theoretical phase compositions of the reaction zones, which are formed during interaction of slag melt with the researched refractory concretes, have been determined. The obtained earlier results, which had shown, that the addition of fine dispersed reactive spinel or synthesized spinel ( which is formed from periclase and alumina in the process of high thermal treatment in the presence of microsilica addition) in the composition of concrete mix causes increase of slag resistance of linings produced from low cement alumina spinel concrete, have been confirmed. The researches of the influence of quartz-containing component type (micro-silica, fine-ground quartz sand, quartz powder) and quantity of dispersing additions of "Castament (FS-10, FS-20 and FS-30)" on the properties of low cement alumina spinel vibration concrete mix of "СГШНЦОБ-1" have been carried out. As a result of carried out researches, it has been established, that microsilica of "MS - 971 U" and "MS - 951 U" produced by "Elkem materials" or quartz powder (domestic raw material) can be used as quartz-containing component of the indicated concrete mix. It has been also established, that the positive effect from quartz-containing component is attained only at the introduction of "Castament FS-10" or "Castament FS-30" deflocculants in the optimum quantity. The use of the above indicated materials allows broadening of raw material base for production of the concretes. The comparative researches of the moisture separation from the concrete of "СГШНЦОБ", containing different dispersing additions of "Castament (FS-10, FW-10, FS-60 and VP-95 L)", have been carried out. As a result of analysis of the moisture separation from the researched low cement concretes, it has been determined, that the process of moisture separation occurs more intensively at the introduction of "Castament FS-60" and "Castament VP-95 L" dispersing additions in the concrete mix in the comparison with the concrete, containing of "Castament FS-10" and "Castament FW-10" dispersing additions, due to the formation of additional porosity of linings. The comparative researches of the influence of different dispersing additions ("ADS-1", "ADW-1", "Castament FS-10", "Castament FW-10", "Castament FS-30") on the properties of mullite corundum of "ССМКНЦБ" and fire clay of "ССШНЦБ" low cement aluminum silicate vibration concrete mixes have been carried out. It has been established the possibility of application of dispersing addition of "Castament FS-30" for production of the low cement aluminum silicate concrete mixes, as well as traditionallyapplied additions of "Castament FS-10" and "Castament FW-10". The use of the above indicated additions allows broadening of raw material base for production of the concretes. The influence of fused mullite and alumina magnesia spinel additions quantity on the properties of low cement mullite corundum self-flowing concrete mix of "СМКНЦБС-1" has been researched. It has been determined the expediency of introduction of fused mullite in the optimum quantity in the composition of the concrete mix of "СМКНЦБС-1" for the purpose increasing thermal shock resistance of linings, produced with the use of the indicated low cement mullite corundum self-flowing concrete. As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (low cement mullite corundum self-flowing concrete with fused mullite addition) has been developed. The influence of the additions, which improve adhesion, produced by "Kharkovbuildingcomplement", on the properties of low cement alumina spinel concrete mix for gunning of "СГШНЦОБТ-1" has been researched. As a result of carried out researches, the inexpediency of introduction of "9 ЦТК" and "9 ЦТТ" additions in the composition of the indicated gunning-concrete has been determined. The use of the indicated additions, although improves consistency and plasticity of "СГШНЦОБТ-1" concrete, however it leads to decreasing high temperature strength of samples, produced from the indicated concrete. The influence of the quartz-containing addition on the properties of magnesia gunning-concrete for repairing the lining of furnace for fire refining of copper has been researched. It has been established, that the use of fine-ground quartz sand or quartz powder additions allows obtaining the new kind of product (magnesia gunning - concrete with physicochemical properties, which correspond to the level of the world analog. The developed concrete is characterized by better plasticity, what ensures good adhesion and small rebound of refractory material in the process of gunning due to increasing adhesion degree of gunning - coating with repairing surface. The pilot lot of the developed magnesia gunning - concrete is intended to one of Ukrainian plant for industrial testing in the realization of hot repairs of the lining of furnace for fire refining of copper. The normative documentation has been developed. In accordance with the existing normative documentation in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of low cement concrete mixes, which are intended to customers, have been produced.
