The effect of additives 3 factions of expanded perlite on the properties of anorthite light-weight products is stood, it is shown that perlite these factions can be interchangeable, that raw material base for the production of light-weight anorthite products with mark AL-0,8 is possible to increase. A study to improve the technology calcium hexaluminate light-weight products is carried out. The influence of the number of additives expanded perlite of different factions and the optimal amount, which provides a new brand calcium hexaluminate light-weight products with apparent density of 1.13 g/cm3, crushing strength 6,2 MPa, thermal conductivity with at average temperature 800 oC 0,28 W/(m·K), and service temperature of 1400 oC. The trial batches of the light-weight products brands GAKL-1,3 and GAKASL-1,0 is released, the properties of light-weight products is investigated and used for the manufacture of aggregates in the production of castable mixtures. A study to improve the technology calcium silicate light-weight products is carried out. Portland-cement is tested as modifying additives and is found an optimum number of it, which provides a new brand calcium silicate light-weight products with apparent density of 1.0 g/cm3, crushing strength 8.0 MPa, thermal conductivity with an average temperature of 650 oC 0.26 W/(m·K) and a temperature of 1250 oC. The effect of two types of fibers brands ARBOCEL ZZC 500 and CELLOTIN PP 6 on the properties of light-weight calcium silicate samples is stood. It is found that the addition of both types of fibers in the optimum number of permits to obtain calcium silicate light-weight samples with apparent density ~ 0.9 g/cm3 and crushing strength ~ 2 MPa. The dependence of the properties and phase calcium silicate light-weight samples with Portland-cement in the number of 25 % of the time, extracts, with a maximum temperature of roasting. The best indicators of the properties are samples burned on the optimal regime: the apparent density - 1.15 g/cm3 and crushing strength - 7.3 MPa. A test batch calcium silicate light-weight products brand SKL-1, 0 is released and stood the properties of the products. Products delivered in the trial of lining distributing trough secondary aluminum smelting furnace. The products served for 11 months without visible changes, and continue to operate. According to the contracts with companies in Ukraine experimental batches of light-weight products AL-0, 8 and KLA-1, 3 are produced. Properties of products conform to the requirements of regulatory documents. Production was turned over to the customers in full.
