The purpose of the work: perfection corundum fire-resistant products on sialon bonded. Methods of researches - physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic. The manufacturing techniques corundum-silicon carbide refractories with sialon bonded are modified. Researches of influence of quantity of a mix of a joint grinding, additives of nitride of a pine forest, dioxide hrom and sialon on properties corundum-silicon carbide samples on sialon to a sheaf received during synthesis are executed. Their optimum quantity providing higher stability action расплава of pig-iron is established. Production models corundum-silicon carbide structure with additives of nitride of a pine forest and sialon are made and their properties after roasting are investigated at temperature 1460оС in the environment of nitrogen: mass fraction Al2O3 of-64,2-64,6 %, Siост - 0,38-0,46 %, N-7,4-7,1 %, SiC - 10,1-10,5 %, open porosity of 16,0-15,5 %, the seeming density of 2,90-2,89 g/sm3, strength at compression 135-155 МPа, metal-resistance 0,0632-0,628 g/cm2h accordingly. It is investigated influences of temperature and modes of roasting on synthesis sialon bonded and property corundum refractories with sialon bonded. It is established, that the temperature of roasting 1560оС is optimum and provides full passage of reaction of synthesis sialon and high parameters of properties refractories. The production model corundum refractories with sialon bonded described by mass fraction Al2O3 - 80,5 %, Siост - 0,4 %, N-6,2 %, open porosity - 14,5 %, the seeming density - 2,94 g/sm3, strength is made at compression - 169 МPа. Соmparative researches of influence of a kind and quantity of softeners on flowability vibrocast silicon carbide weights are executed. The optimum quantity of additive Dolapiх is established. The raw-material base for manufacturing vibrocast silicon carbide refractories of alumina bonded is expanded. The production model vibrocast silicon carbide refractories of alumina bonded is made and its properties are investigated: mass fraction SiС - 82,1 %, Al2O3 - 4,8 %, open porosity - 18,9 %, the seeming density - 2,56 g/sm3, strength at compression - 85 МPа. The scientific and technical documentation on manufacturing of products silicon carbide of silicon nitride and alumina bonded, corundum-silicon carbide and corundum with sialon bonded is developed and authorized. Experimental batches silicon carbide products of marks ККГП and ККНКП which corresponded to requirements of specifications are made and transferred to the customer. Work to continue in a direction development of manufacturing of new standard sizes of products on a basis silicon carbide and the corundum received by reactionary sintering.
