It is established that the application of dispersers Castament quantity FS-10 / FW-10 in an optimum quantity ensures the maximum flowability of masses under vibration. According to the results of studies an experimental corundumspinel and corundumspinelchromeoxide purging plugs with the established optimum quantity of dispersers were produced, which are characterized after firing by the high indices of properties. The application of Castament dispersers FS-10 / FW-10 will make it possible to enlarge raw-material base for the production of purging plugs. Are produced and set the trial batches of ground purging plugs and adjusting blocks for the application in the steel-melting ladles with a capacity of 30, 90, 120 and 300 tons.
