Purpose of the work - development of refractory materials on the basis of corundum for the service in the technical carbon production reactors and conducting the designer's supervision of the fusion materials production. Methods of studies - chemical, physicomechanical, petrographical. Studies of the influence of the chromium oxide additive on samples properties based on corundum are carried out. Is established the optimum composition of the samples, which contain the additive of Cr2O3, which are characterized by the high indices of properties. As a resulte of executed studies is developed the technology of the new form of production - corundumchromeoxide refractory materials for the service in the technical carbon production reactors. Is developed the project of technical specifications, which regulates the indices of the products properties and the project of technological instruction to their production. Withthe use of a disperser Castament of brands FS-10 and FW-10 is overworked the production technology by the vibrocast method of mullitecorundum tubes with the height of more than 600 mm. The designer's supervision of the fusion materials production on the electric-arc furnace of the experimental production of institute is executed. Are obtained the powders of fused corundum, spinel according to the indices of properties they correspond to the demands of customer. Produced trial lots of corundum products for the lining of the technical carbon production reactors and also mullitecorundum products.
