Purpose of the work - manufacture technology perfection of the new sizes refractory products for the glass furnaces. Methods of studies - chemical, physicomechanical, spectral, petrographical. Is studied the influence of a quantity of disperser Castament FS-10 and FW-10 and moisture on the flowability under vibration of grainy mullitecorundum mass. It is established that the maximum of flowability under vibration of mass reaches at introduction of disperser in an optimum quantity. With the use of an optimum quantity of disperser mullitecorundum samples were made and their general properties indices were determined. Prototypes according to their indices of properties correspond to requirements ТУ У 26.2-00190503-265-2004 with chg. №1 and 2 (brand МКТПС-89). The disperser Castament FS-10 and FW-10 is recommended for the application during production of mullitecorundum refractory products by vibrocast method, which will make it possible to enlarge raw-material base for mullitecorundum refractory products manufacture. With the use of carried out researches results during trial lots production was improved the manufacture technology of the mullitecorundum bushing and plunger of the new sizes and also mullitecorundumzircon cup for the feeder of the glass furnace. Trial lots of mullitecorundum thermal shock resistant and deformation resistant products for the lining of the glass furnaces were produced. The study should be continued in the direction of the expansion of assortment and manufacture technology perfection of the high-alumina new configurations refractories for the glass furnaces.
