The object of study - 121 CLL patients, including 26 ionizing radiation exposed patients. The rearrangements of variable regions of light chain immunoglobulins by polymerase chain reaction, sequence of received products and analysis using the IgBlast and IMGT databases and Italian CLL cohort of 1426 patients were conducted. Results. Full characteristics of B-cell receptor in 101 CLL cases with homologous HCDR3 fragments was conducted. The relation of CLL cases with homologous HCDR3 to early described clusters was confirmed. The characteristics of new Ita/UA and UA CLL clusters was performed. Some pecurialities of B-cell receptor in irradiated CLL patients were found: a high frequency of unmutated cases, frequent expression of IGKV3-20 gene, relatively low homology of HCDR3 fragments.
