Purpose - to define influence of Ukraine, established by the current legislation, of measures antiradiation, medical and social protection on vitality of the inhabitants is radioactive of the contaminated territories. Methods of research and equipment - demographic, sociological, mathematics-statistical, program-technological with use of applied software packages, personal computers. Volume and condition of performance of measures antiradiation, medical and social protection of the inhabitants of the RCT is determined which are directed on support them on vitality. The carried out expert interrogation (management's and experts in questions antiradiation, medical and social protection of the inhabitants RCT) has revealed the basic lacks of realization of these measures. From stipulated by the current legislation 23 antiradiation of measures were carried out "below the average level" (0-40 numbers) - 14, on "average level" (41-60 numbers) - 3, "five are higher for average" (61-90) - 6. Realization of the qualitative radiating control prevent interdepartmental inconsistency and absence: the experts in the control of water, air, definition of irradiation doses; Devices and materials for realization of the control of a ground, water, air, agricultural raw material, products of a meal and wood production; mutual understanding on the part of local authority at the radiating control of a ground and on the part of the population - at the control of agricultural raw material and products of a meal; mechanisms for interaction at realization of the control of a ground, agricultural raw material. Was found out, that the volumes of financing of establishments of public health services were not reduced on one of directions of medical aid to the inhabitants RCT, and on such kinds, as the primary medico-sanitary help in comparison with previous years. But in conditions of an economic crisis, which promoted a rise in prices, the financing did not answer requirements as well as branch as a whole, and medical establishments of a different level, and, means, and the level of medical aid does not answer the standards of granting of medical aid by the injured and preservation of their health. Urgent there are personnel questions, in particular for village areas, where there is a lack of the medical experts. The performance in complete volume of measures of social protection restrains by insufficient financing. Received results. Introduction: 1 publication, analytical information, 3 lectures.
