The object of study: 179 chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients, including irradiated 49 patients. The study of polymorphisms of DNA repair genes (XRCC1, XPD, XRCC3) use polymerase chain reaction and restriction of products was performed. The main results: it was detected the frequencies of XRCC1-199, XPD-751, and XRCC3-241 polymorphisms in CLL patients that did not differed significantly from literature data. The association of GG XRCC1 genotype and Richter transformation under treatment and protective influence of GG XPD genotype on CLL course were found. Some differences in frequency of separate polymorphisms depend on radiation anamnesis of patients were revealed that need confirmation on larger cohort of patients.
