The purpose of work: development and a substantiation optimum on metrological, operational and economic parameters of a method for the analysis of structure of components of an environment (atmospheric air, a soil - vegetative cover, superficial waters and ground adjournment) by the uniform unified techniques. Development of the corresponding methodical means realizing opportunities of the suggested method, and approbation of these means in natural and laboratory conditions. The review and comparison of modern methods and techniques of definition of element structure of substance is lead. It is shown, that for the decision of questions of the analysis of objects of an environment on the contents in them of heavy toxic metals on metrological, operational and economic parameters an optimum method is method XFА. The general methodical principles of definition of results of indirect measurements and оценивание their errors are in details considered. Basic metrological characteristics XFА are determined at measurement of concentration of heavy metals in ground and ground adjournment.
