Methods: potentiometry, high performance liquid chromatography, micellar liquid chromatography (MLC), computation programs for determination of theoretical estimations of hydrophobicity of organic substances, cluster analysis, principal component analysis, chemometrics. Obtained results and novelty: two approaches for construction of dependences retention-property of benzene derivatives LSER (physicochemical descriptors) and QSRR (quantum mechanical descriptors) models were used. It was observed, that development of QSRR models is related with investigation of new quantum mechanical descriptors. The binding constants of carboxylic acids, modifiers of micellar eluents, by micelles of sodium dodecylsulfate and media effects of solutions of nonionic surfactants Brij 35 were obtained. The influence of different surfactants (cationic, anionic, nonionic) on protolytic properties of amino acids were obtained. The test substances for characteristics of columns in MLC were proposed and used for testing of 10 different stationary phases under MLC separation conditions. The cluster and principal component analysis was used for columns classification. It was observed that under MLC conditions the differences in columns properties are less than under RP-HPLC separation conditions. The isocratic MLC method was used for optimization of 14 flavonoids separation. The method was applied for the analysis of plants. . Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
