Parameter ranges have been chosen to be sufficient for formation of the pattern of necessary configuration. It has been shown that the double calcium copper titanat possesses only narrow, if any, homogenity region with a variable cation content. The attempts to change the cations concentration in CaCu3Ti4O12 lead to the appearance of other phases. It has been shown that the doping by CuO considerably increase the dielectric permeability of the ceramic under studies. The software for computation of ions interaction with the solid surface by Monte-Carlo method in the binary collision approximation as well as by method of molecular dynamics (MD) has been developed.
