This report extends five earlier interim reports. New molecular dynamics (MD) simulation results on diffusion coefficients of helium and oxygen in non-stoichiometric uranium dioxide are reported, effects of UO2 lattice contraction due to non-stoichiometry effects and swelling due to presence of He atoms are determined, behaviour if He atoms in small bubbles and high-temperature solubility of helium in UO2+x assessed and discussed. Appendices include the source code of the final version of the molecular dynamics simulation program, developed and applied in simulation of pure and radiation damaged UO2 and UO2+x.
