The method intraoperative diagnostics of degree of prevalence of tumours of a stomach by research sentry nodule is developed. It is studied in conditions researches direct results of treatment of patients executed dissection in volume D1, D2-3. The received results testify that the developed technique does not increase кровопотерю, does not extend operation time, does not increase quantity of postoperative complications. It is established that markers p53, bcl - 2, VGEF have shown high sensitivity and specificity in the conditions of preliminary research and can be used further for definition ofsensitivity of a tumour polychemotherapy at sick of a stomach cancer. The algorithm of the multimodal program "Fast track surgery" is developed for application for patients with resectable gastric and colorectal cancer. Program application "Fast track surgery" at the expense of application anesthesias, to minimisation of surgical intervention, early mobilisation and a food promotes decrease in a painful syndrome and fast restoration of functions of a gastroenteric path, allows to reduce the recover period.
