Interpretation of results within Langevin superparamagnetism model is proposed. The concentration of superparamagnetic clusters in the crystals and their magnetic moment is evaluated. The size-dependent distribution functions of magnetic clusters are plotted. The existence of deep thermodonors with ionizing energy more than 200meV in the p-Si(B) crystals assists appearance of paramagnetic component of magnetic susceptibility even at 300K which revealed Van-Fleck origin.
