Sampling and determination of maintenance of butter in a raw and dried up dross in rental workshops are produced, UGSh, TSVS. Oscillation of maintenance of butter from different areas from 3,6 to the 11kg/t dross is set, and at repair of equipment - to 46 kg/t. The analysis of composition of hard deposits on the shoulder-blades of rotor of vacuum fan and terms of sticking of dispersion products of agglomeration on the elements of equipment of rotor is executed also. The analysis of literary sources and patent materials on the problems of utilization of zamaslennoy dross is conducted. Expedience of adjusting of temperature condition of process of agglomeration, composition of agloshihti with the purpose of removal of adgezii of pulverulent faction of agglomerate to the elements of equipment, and also high temperature cleaning of dross from a butter in production processes and causing on the shoulder-blades of rotor of sheeting is shown. In the basic rental workshops of combine the tests of zamaslennoy dross are selected and conducted researches of standards on derivatografe Q-1500 in the interval of temperatures 20 - 900єS at climbing ability of temperature 10 degrees in a minute. Treatment of results of termogravimetricheskogo analysis allowed more exactly to define maintenance of butter in the standards of dross. The places of formation of dross are inspected, its hits in flows, the most credible places of co-operation of dross with a butter are definite. A conclusion is done, that from flows to settling on a dross it is difficult to carry deleting of butters to their hit in flows or their deleting out from structural features, closeness of placing of production areas, continuous work of devices and transport machineries on their areas, and other terms of existent production. Therefore expediently for cleaning of dross from a butter to create general twosectional otstoynik with the sequential processing of dross by water and water by sorbentom, and also methods of decline or prevention of the harmful influencing of butter on the equipment of aglofabriki. The variants of deleting of butter from a dross after its extraction from flows are worked. The variants of defence of equipment of aglofabriki are considered from steams of butter by bringing of changes in technology of burning and / or in the complement of agloshihti. The laboratory experiments on cleaning of dross from a butter through water (with warming up, by the input of PEAHENS)are conducted, with the subsequent cleaning of the collected emulsion from butters with the use of STRG and water in the circulating loop of cleaning of dross from a butter. A dross in this case will be clean, and water on an exit from a filter with sorbentom will have concentration of butter below p.d.k. The charts of experimental equipment for cleaning of dross on the above-mentioned method are developed. The alternative variants of the thermal cleaning of dross from a butter with the use of the technological processes applied on "MK "Azovstal OAO" are offered, for the improvement of tehniko-ekonomicheskih indexes of production.
