Methods of research - are swaying (infra-red and raman) spectroscopy, absorption and dispersion of ultraviolet and visible light, measuring of spectrums and kinetics of fading of luminescence at stationary and impulsive excitation by the radiation of optical range at temperatures 77-300 K, theoretical calculations of atomic and electronic structure of molecules and crystals. Results of the carried out researches - On the basis of the conducted theoretical calculations of power area structure and researches spectral-luminescent properties of crystals PbWO4, CdWO4 and phosphates are created model, which explains the features of absorption, luminescence and excitation of luminescence of crystals of lead and cadmium, double phosphates of aluminium and alkaline elements nonconflicting appearance and which can be widespread on the considerable class of inorganic crystalline connections of oxides.
