The aim of our study was to impruve efficacy of surgical methods treatment the patients with malignant tumor of reproductive system. We had used the methods fertility-sparing, combained and extended operations. We had used the method of surgical treatment for women reproductive age with cervical cancer stages T1a2N0M0 and T1b1N0M0 - radical abdominal trachelectomy (RAT). Thith method of treatment women with cervical cancer has allowed to preserve their fertility without diminishing radicalism of treatment. The retrospective analysis had been done at the patients with erly - stages of cancer ovarii (CO). We had determined the morphological factors prognosis of CO and elaborated the method of treatment the patients with erly - stages of CO. This method gives possibility to save an uterus and contrlateraly ovary after procedure of surgical staging. This method has allowed to preserve their reproductive function and it is a prophylactic of postovariectomy syndrome. Elaborated and included in clinical practice method of retroperitoneal punhysterectomy and pelvic peritonectomy, which includes the surgical ectomy of uterus a single block with the tumor ovaries and metastases, which are localized on the peritoneum of duglas space, rectosigmoid department of colon, urinary bladder. This method gives possibility to improve radicalism of cytoreductive operations. In theory grounded and had elaborated the variants of the combined operations on patient with cervical cancer and cancer vulvae. It had been determined correlation of the expression level p53, Ki-67, ER, PR with clinical-morphologycal characeristics of tumor (depth of invasion and degree of differentiation)at the patients with endometrial cancer. This tumor markers can be used for prognosis of the patient reproductive age with endometrial cancer before their fertility-sparing treatment (hysteroscopy, hormonal treatment). Methods are approved, need improvement, and results of their application - statistical analysis in the end of study.
