The criterion of individual choice developed of chemical radiotherapy (CRT), which provides concurrent realization of combination radiotherapy (CRT), and use of cytostatics at radiomotifying doses and interferon. The potential of molecular-genetic parameters of advanced forms of cervical cancer on cytotoxic therapy in action by grounds of radiological methods of research is studied, that means prediction value and gives an opportunity of timely correction medical programs if it's necessary. The meaning of molecular-genetic parameters of advanced forms of cervical cancer for prognosis a complex examination and an appraisal of its efficiency is analyzed. The obtained data correlate with findings of clinical and instrument examination of ACC patients. The complex examination and radiation treatment on a background of chemoradiomodifiers and INF of 60 ACC has been performed. The obtained preliminary results evidence on the efficacy and unavailability of excessive toxicity of the developed methods and there is no need for the correction of the developed methods of treatment. The results of research testify that individual approach in using technologies of chemical radiotherapy by ACC patients, depending on clinical, morphological and molecular-genetics parameters of tumor condition, optimizes increasing its efficiency. The dynamics of the contents and ploidy of DNA can be an expanded criterion of treatment's efficiency. Field of use: specialized oncologic institutions of Ukraine.
